Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the en77 website accessible at en77.ws, including all associated pages, subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any software or application made available by en77.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the en77 registration process.
• "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using Philippine Peso (₱) funds deposited into an en77 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or loyalty rewards credited to an Account by en77 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, bingo rooms, sports betting markets, fishing games, and any other wagering products available on the en77 platform.
• "Philippine Payment Methods" means GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and any other payment channels made available by en77 for deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required by en77 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility prior to enabling withdrawals.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the en77 platform, creating an en77 Account, making a deposit, participating in any Game, or claiming any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, as well as the en77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device used to access en77, whether that is a desktop computer, smartphone, or tablet. These Terms apply equally whether you access en77 via a browser on an Android or iOS device, or through any native application that en77 may make available.

en77 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the en77 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. en77 will notify registered Players of material changes to these Terms via the email address associated with their Account.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active en77 Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active;
• Be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
• Be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of en77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners;
• Not have a previously suspended or permanently closed en77 Account;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

en77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) en77 Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and permanent Account closure.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. en77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your username and password. You must notify en77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

en77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where the registration information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, and to forfeit any balances associated with such an Account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on en77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). en77 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your en77 Account in real time, subject to processing times imposed by individual payment providers. en77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system maintenance windows, or network congestion.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — en77 does not process third-party withdrawals;
• Any active Bonus Funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the en77 cashier section;
• en77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

You acknowledge that en77 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to accounts held in the name of any third party. Any attempt to use a payment method not registered in your own name will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an Account review.

Bonuses and Promotions

en77 offers a variety of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer on the en77 promotions page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all en77 promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where applicable, KYC verification;
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• en77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players;
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or coordinating bets with other Players to artificially meet wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account closure.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All Games available on the en77 platform operate in accordance with the individual rules published for each Game within the platform interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each Game before wagering. Ignorance of the applicable Game rules does not entitle a Player to a refund of wagers placed.

en77's slot titles, table games, and random number generator (RNG)-based Games are supplied by certified third-party game providers whose RNG systems are independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within individual game information panels where required.

Live casino Games on en77, including live baccarat, Dragon and Tiger, and live dealer table games, are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. The results of live Games are final once the dealing or spin round is completed and confirmed by the Game interface.

en77 reserves the right to void any wager or Game round where a technical malfunction, system error, or data transmission failure has materially affected the outcome of the Game. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the en77 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in doing so;
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with en77 Games or the platform interface in a manner not sanctioned by en77;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate Game outcomes, betting patterns, or promotional eligibility;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to misrepresent your geographic location or identity;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud via GCash, Maya, or any linked bank account;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward en77 staff or other Players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or display glitches for financial gain.

Responsible Gaming

en77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. Gaming on en77 is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

en77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in Philippine Peso;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount that may be lost over a defined period;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying time elapsed and net gaming activity;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend or permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the en77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any en77 content without prior written consent;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any en77 software;
• Using the en77 brand name or logo in any context not authorised in writing by en77;
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the en77 platform by automated means.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, en77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the en77 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

en77 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party service disruptions, and events beyond en77's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability. en77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

en77's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player into their en77 Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and Termination

en77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where en77 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information;
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Account activity poses a risk of financial crime, fraud, or money laundering;
• Continued operation of the Account would expose en77 to legal or regulatory risk;
• The Player has initiated unjustified chargebacks via GCash, Maya, or any linked bank account.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting en77 support. Upon closure, any eligible real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

en77 operates within the online gaming regulatory framework applicable to the Philippine market. Players acknowledge that online gaming laws vary by jurisdiction and accept full responsibility for ensuring that their participation in en77 Games is lawful under the laws applicable to them in their place of residence.

Amendments

en77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, en77 will provide registered Players with reasonable advance notice via the email address on file. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the en77 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the en77 platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
